Shipping Policy – MorGweder Jewellery

1. UK Postage

UK postage is charged at £5.90 for orders under £100. Orders over £100 qualify for free UK postage.

2. International Postage

International postage is charged at £15.00 per order. Orders over £200 are free delivery. Delivery times vary depending on destination.Non-UK coustomers will be responsible for any import duties and local taxes.

3. Processing Time

All bespoke items are handmade to order and hallmarked (if needed)  by the London Assay Office. It may take up to 14 days for your order to be shipped. Wherever possible, we aim to dispatch your order within 7 days. Ready to ship orders will be dispatched where possible within 2 days.

4. Shipping Services

• Domestic (UK) orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed.
• International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.
• Delivery to the rest of the world typically takes 6–7 business days.
